About the Studio
FIKA Bodyworks is a home based studio offering Relaxation massage and Therapeutic massage located in South East Calgary. I believe a healthy body reflects a healthy mind. Each session is tailored to meet the clients needs either in the studio or as a mobile service. My commitment is to support my clients needs through detailed work and to educate my clients about the importance of proper movement patterns. I use assessments, active listening and detailed work and I am committed to making changes in the clients I serve. As a therapist I am passionate about learning and value the importance of continued education to ensure I am constantly evolving in the craft I love. At FIKA Bodyworks I want you to feel good so you can slow down and appreciate the good things in life.

At FIKA Bodyworks I care about the ingredients in the products I use. I always aim to use natural products and while some treatments will require no lotion or oil I currently use sweet almond oil, coconut oil, and either grip or melt from Rebel Massage Therapist.
